Drought Turgid is a country music legend, in that few people have ever seen him. He's been performing for years all around world, and now despite popular demand he's here, performing for you.

Live from his home-away-from-home, The Bugalong Commercial Club, 'See The Big Man Cry' is Drought's salute to that unsung hero of country music, Drought. Together with his band, The Turgid Boys, he'll root (and toot) you all night long!

“Morrison recounts his Turgid character’s meteoric rise to the lower-middle in a sharp parody of music documentaries… Four stars.” - The advertiser

2019 Adelaide and 2020 perth fringeworld festival. written by patrick suskind, translated by michael hoffman. directed by lisa harper campbell. Poster design by Vicki Kelman Photography.

Musical skill, maddening solitude & melancholic storytelling in this critically-acclaimed rendition of Suskind’s (Perfume) solo show.

The Double Bass, a tragicomedy, introduces audiences to a nameless musician playing in the German National Orchestra. He meticulously describes life as a classical double bassist, his potential romance and his reverence and rage towards the eponymous instrument.

"An enjoyable & engaging production of a clever, funny play." - Adelaide Theatre Guide
“Special enough to put at the top of your to-see list." - Stage Whispers

Eddie is the greatest actor in all of creation, a martial arts master, a raconteur par excellence, a musical prodigy that makes Mozart look like a fumbling cretin, a 31-year-old theatrical titan who still lives with his mum. In this, the Year Of Our Lord 2019, he has at last deigned to listen to the slavering demand of his unworthy audience, and graced us with his debut one-man show, The Best Show.

“Inner life monologues don’t come more brilliantly written and performed at hyper speed… The fabulist nature of Morrison’s writing and performance is superb, utterly gripping…” - Barefoot Review.

“A Magical doorway into the whimsical world of the theatre!” - All Over Adelaide
